What their mission is was very vague so they can funnel money to global warming, transgender crap, any pet project some politician has just jerk a few billion dollars out of the slush fund. Nature abhors a vacuum. We';re already complaining about China's rising influence around the world, and you want to pull back from engagement and give China even more room to muscle in?

The less tha 1% of the Federal budget that goes to USAID is money well spent. An MD should see that.

I pose to SOOPOO (even though he's retired) what he would think about someone with no clue to what he does coming in with absolute power, cost cutting his whole workplace without even a consultation or having a clue about how everything works. Musk and Trump actually want to shut it down. Trump doesn't know shit as usual.

There's certainly no report of Musk studying the organization.
