I think the part that may be challenged is the pardons being given without actually knowing what offense(s) for which they are receiving a pardoned. There was talk about this being challenged in the Nixon case but no one seemed to want to open that can of worms for the best of the country.

Hunter's is a mixed pardon. His pardon for known crimes seems untouchable. Shouldn't the pardon also mention the other offenses?

The 270 days past and no deal was in place and certified to Congress.
