While I am glad to see the new President sworn in today, I do not believe that Trump's action/intended action regarding TikTok is legal. There is a law, the time period elapsed and the extension was not enacted by the current President, and I don't think we need the President--Biden or Trump--to try to use EOs to change laws. Any EO should work with the laws not try to negate them by proclamation.

The Courts will be busy...the blanket pardon of Hunter and all the others pardoned who were not charged, or convicted of, crimes needs to be challenged as does the TikTok action (if it happens)....

It is almost impossible to challenge a Presidential pardon. The pardon power is absolute, the Prez answers to nobody on his pardon power AND SCOTUS ruled the Prez has immunity. Good luck with that. Let me know how that all works out for you.

You can't challenge a pardon in Court, that is kind of the point.

Also, didn't Trump just say he is not going to focus on Hunter Biden stuff anymore because he wants to focus on healing?

And, TikTok was not banned by Executive order, it was banned via a (bipartisan) law passed last spring that finally went into effect, (and was upheld by the Supreme Court.) The law does allow the President to grant a 90 day reprieve to effected companies which is apparently what Trump is going to for TikTok (maybe already has.)
