Nobody denied the 2000 election, there were calls to allow the recount in Florida. Which should have been allowed, actually it was required by State law given now close the margin was -within 0.009%-, however the Supreme Court ordered the recount to stop.

And, modern stats and the partial recounts completed before they were forced to stop indicate Gore likely won Florida. I am not saying it was stolen, but it was super sketch the SCOTUS stopped a state mandated process.

If this happened to Trump (which could have been possible because there were rumors he was going to run in that election,) we would still be hearing about it.

Now, I actually like Bush more than I like Gore, I would go as far as saying Bush is one of my favorite Presidents because he did almost everything right, but he probably should not have won if I am being honest. Bush and Cheney are also some of the last great Republicans.
