Nobody blasted Melanie for being a Supermodel. I called her an uninteresting college dropout who has done nothing of note in her life, other than marrying a billionaire and -by any objective and subjective measure-being an attentive and involved mother who did well raising her son. Jill Biden's modeling as certainly of lesser stature, but she is an accomplished academic. Do with that what you will.

Prosecutors motivations are irrelevant. The evidence is relevant. Presence of proof beyond a reasonable doubt is relevant. .Adherence or violations of due process is relevant.

As for no consequences, such is the nature of our political system. But good luck trying to argue facts with us ever again.

Motivations are totally relevant. Prosecution for lawfare instead of an actual crime is something they should be impeached and disbarred for.

There was an actual crime, kimosabe. That's why he was prosecuted. There was evidence beyond a reasonable doubt. An esteemed paralegal such as yourself should know that.

At my age I agree 100% with that. Although, if he is judging her other attributes without knowing her that is wrong too.
At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent.
