There is a bipartisan ‘deal’ underway to get rid of Swallwell. Seems like enough Democrats will vote to oust him IF the Republicans agree to do the same to their sexual assaulter, representative Gonzalez. I forgot how many different women accused Clinton of sexual assault! I really just remember most the Lewinsky saga. I have really disliked Swallwell for a long time. But on this case I don’t think there is enough evidence to kick him out of congress YET. No one has testified under oath. He hadn’t had an opportunity to cross examine any witnesses. He hadn’t had a chance to present his side of the story. I certainly think that even if not enough evidence for a criminal conviction, there is enough evidence for him to not be STUPID enough to continue a gubernatorial campaign! |
