Hard to believe someone believes they can know so much about one person from one dinner / evening? You must get played all the time.

I can see you saying this because I don’t figure many people want to spend time with you. Maybe one day you will get the chance to talk to someone for a couple hours and notice they are different in person than what they appear in public.

While I am not going to be a fan, I do have to say good job to Maher for accepting Trump's reach out and calling out the paddle-holding nut cases.


You're wasting your time, TDS people will never see Trump any other way. They believed everything the lying media said to them hook line and sinker. But so did Bill Maher, and now he's embarrassed that he believed all the lies and all the hoaxes and he's trying to make up for that by being reasonable because he's a super smart guy. Your average Lefty is not all that bright, as this forum demonstrates every day. They will continue to hate Trump because admitting they were wrong is nowhere in their repertoire. They'd rather go down looking like a complete moron then admit they were wrong.

I agree with you but it is fun wal them get so frosted over one of their icons just saying something objective about Trump. Maher is smart and is trying to tell them to stop acting like idiot farm rejects. Thing is they are not acting. This is who and what they are.

Well, it's more fun to watch people who actually worked with Trump over time turn against him because they wised up.

For years different people would come on Bill Maher's podcast and tell him that he was wrong about Trump and he would laugh at them and scold them and it went on and on like that until he finally started to come around and realized something was going on. He totally didn't know that some of the hoaxes were hoaxes, he thought the fine people thing was absolutely real. Because he only listened to CNN and MSNBC and nobody else. And for the longest time nobody could talk him out of it that the hoaxes were hoaxes.

Guys like Maher never got over how Trump took Hillary apart piece by piece. Remember how the left said she was “the most qualified potus candidate in US history!” That was laughable as she was average at best. But they believed it. After 2016 they were in a shock some are still in to this day. Maher seems to be rebranding as a voice of reason. Hard to say if that will work but it is better than losing all credibility backing the auction paddle squad.

I never understood that about the 2016 election. She had a disappearance candidacy just like Joe Biden did in 2020. She would disappear for weeks at a time hiding in a basement somewhere. Then she would come out and go before tiny crowds of people because nobody showed up. Then there was a time in September when she collapsed at the 9/11 event and had to be thrown bodily like a sack of potatoes into the back of a van. This was the most qualified person ever run for president? She was a huge loser right from the beginning. Barack Obama was the last credible candidate the Democrats had and he was all hat and no cattle. He gave great speeches but he was an empty suit. And they still have nobody to this day that can run. They're talking about AOC or Gretchen Whitmer? Give me a break.. They're hoping against hope that Congress allows third terms for presidents so Obama can run again in 2028. Good luck with that.
