Because a test at this point would be hell in her home country for one thing. At least that's my take of a conservative Islamic country.

For a medical doctor, you are incredibly uninformed about what medical tests the IOC and athletic federations use to determine gender qualifications for athletic competition. I've been following this subject since 2012 when Castor Semenya won her first Olympic medal. XY is meaningless. They use hormone testing.

Why do you insist on using obsolete science and obsolete medicine in today's world?

For the record, I am willing to challenge your knowledge against mine on this. Do you accept? Or are you willing to let the matter rest with the IOC to determine for themselves?

You can consider chromosome identification of gender ‘obsolete science’. I don’t. I believe her having XY chromosomes as an advantage over those with XX. This does not mean that it is irrrlevant what the actual hormone levels are. .Wanna bet ‘she’ has markedly elevated testosterone levels compared to ‘normal’ females?

I’m stunned a theoretically educated person actually wrote when discussing gender ‘XY is meaningless’. How can I argue with you when you start with such an idiotic premise?

You know what trumps standard definitions of xx and xy?

Biological diversity.

Biological divirsity which is a key component of evolution doesn't care that humans define gender as only acceptable in those two categories. Evolution keeps doing what it does regardless of our opinion. It doesn't care, it just generates variations because it's not perfect copy machine.

You can't argue, because for a physician you are a moron about this and you are incorrect. You know nothing about how the IOC conducts their tests, what thresholds they have and what standards they use. And you-on purpose-refuse to even educate yourself to learn about today's science.

Stick with what you know. And sports gender testing and verification isn't it.
