I don't have much doubt as to his cognitive state and lucidity, but he's becoming more physically frail. For those of us who paid attention to it at the time, it's not unlike when Pope Benedict XVI abdicated. Donny is the exact opposite. Donny physical constitution is robust, his weight notwithstanding. But his mind is just deranged. |
