Hamas in Gaza committed atrocities on October 7, 2023 that doesn't give Israel the right to respond in kind if someone kills someone close to you - you don't have a legal right to kill that person (unless it's self defense) you may believe you have a moral right - but the law says you do not have that right of course Israel did have a right to kill Hamas soldiers - but not to operate in the way it did causing the starvation and slaughter of thousands of civilians and that is why Israel is being accused of war crimes "Today, the world's top war crimes court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for what the court called crimes against humanity for intentionally depriving Gazans of food and directing attacks against civilians." "Israel has perpetrated a concerted policy to destroy Gaza’s healthcare system as part of a broader assault on Gaza, committing war crimes and the crime against humanity of extermination with relentless and deliberate attacks on medical personnel and facilities, the UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel said in a new report today." https://www.pbs.org/newshour/show/war-crimes-court-issues-warrants-for-netanyahu-and-former-israeli-defense-minister https://www.ohchr.org/en/press-releases/2024/10/un-commission-finds-war-crimes-and-crimes-against-humanity-israeli-attacks the foolish sayings of a rich man pass for words of wisdom by the fools around him |

What, they should just sit idly by and allow Israel to continue to usurp their country? I think not. It will always be a festering wound: too bad the arabs cannot unify and oppose Israel as a united front: then they might actually get some where. |

And if they hadn't they would have peace. Screw the Palestinians. I am tired of them committing terror then whining when Israel defends herself. I still say get them off Israeli land in Gaza and put them in the Sinai. War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength |

So why do you suppose they didn't get the same charges? Did they place the same charges against Hussein for killing all the children? Could it be because it is the State of Israel? |

About one bomb every 20 minutes in 7 different countries during his 8 year term. He is "The Butcher" of women and children. Why weren't charges pressed against Hussein? |

Without arguing against any of your points, please tell me what Israel should be doing about the 20 or so remaining live hostages being tortured on a daily basis? And do you think ANY of the 200 or so that were freed would have been without the threat of Israeli aggression after the slaughter/hostage taking? |

They were the most prepared, had the physical and equipment advantages, recent historical precedent, and the terrorists were hiding in plain sight. Other than going after the terrorists, people should have been going down there and yelling "Hang Netanyahu." (referring to our ridiculous Jan 6 rioters yelling stupid shit) Seriously, worse than that, he's supposed to represent the strong man of Israel politics. He's been skating punishment-free.
