if someone kills someone close to you - you don't have a legal right to kill that person (unless it's self defense)

you may believe you have a moral right - but the law says you do not have that right

of course Israel did have a right to kill Hamas soldiers - but not to operate in the way it did causing the starvation and slaughter of thousands of civilians

and that is why Israel is being accused of war crimes

Without arguing against any of your points, please tell me what Israel should be doing about the 20 or so remaining live hostages being tortured on a daily basis? And do you think ANY of the 200 or so that were freed would have been without the threat of Israeli aggression after the slaughter/hostage taking?
