The right to privacy wouldn't normally allow a camera to monitor citizens in the bathroom. Maybe under a court order you can do it. That doesn't mean the story didn't mostly happen that way, but they probably went to investigate and caught him inside banging the dog in the process. Just look for one of the articles. He banged the dog outside of the bathroom, though I guess it could have been some other act, because the articles didn't go into graphic detail. Quick Summary: -Naked with one-eyed dog, but for socks, hiking boots, backpack, ski mask. -Proceeds to masturbate, then sets up his silver tablet as a camera and does (unspecified) with dog. -This happened in both April and May. -Investigators, via camera footage, were able to get a license plate to a green Subaru Outback belonging to him. Upon investigating the residence, they found a one-eyed dog, a silver tablet, a ski mask, the same kind of boots and a backpack matching the one seen on camera. Honestly, I shudder to think of how the dog ended up with only one eye. That's not even a joke. It's times like that one almost wants to believe in God so I'd have someone to pray to hoping THAT is not what happened to the dog's eye.
