Canadian wildfires have triggered hazardous air warnings in NYC - the air looks terrible

the worst air quality ever seen in NYC since the 1960s - it's a multiday event

I blame it on legalized pot in Canada.

They previously discriminated within the law.

The reason discrimination could matter to others that were not specifically discriminated against by their race and/or sex, is because of DEI (reverse discrimination).

You don't get it, do you? You do not "apply" to join. They ask you. No discrimination since it is by invite only.

The racial and sex discrimination is that they didn't invite women and blacks because their prejudice.

Why are you having a difficult time seeing discrimination?

Here's the way it used to work:



A black person and/or a woman that was a friend of a white male, wanted to become a member.

The white male checked with friends at the club that made the decision.

The white male board said no to the white male member.

Then the white male told his black and/or woman friend, no.


So the official invite never occurred because the board was prejudice.

It was perfectly OK for a black man to be a caddie or part of a ground crew.

And for a woman to work in the kitchen, bar, or waitress staff, etc.


Because they were prejudice.

You were on the board at Agusta?

At places like that you do not "ask" to be a member. You get asked to be a member. At Agusta it is save to say you will need several board members wanting you before the matter even comes up.

And they do not ask people based on gender and skin color just to look good.

No good reason for anyone not a member to care who is made a member.

Interestingly, his mother was related to Francis Scott Key.



Roberts was chairman for about 44 years after co-founding the club with golfer Bobby Jones.

He has an interesting story.
