I don't understand how this is complicated, some people will pay far more than 1000 a month, most people will pay less than 1000 a month, making this a net gain.

You do not understand because you do not understand economics, wealth, money and how it is created. You think it is some kind of black magic the rich do to get rich.

In any case I fail to see how wealth equality is some kind of great thing.

DRich, any mosquitoes down there? You ever hear of mosquito “dunks”? You float them in water and it produces bacteria that kills the larva. First I’ve heard of them. Non-toxic to animals and humans.

That sounds like Bill Gates trying to modify DNA of living beings in our environment.

Yes, lots of mosquitos where I live. We have over 400 miles of canals running through the city and mosquitos sure like them.
Never heard of the "dunk". We have our pools screened in so the bugs can't bother us while swimming,

I use dunks in my gutters, in a couple of places they retain water and really breed the beasts ... either the gutters were done wrong, or it's from the house settling

dunks definitely work, but you would have dilution problems if you tried using them in larger bodies of water
