The problem with our overly litigious society is not ‘who pays when he loses’ but ‘who pays when he wins or loses!’ Whether he wins or loses the lawsuit the State of Florida loses. How many $500 an hour lawyers will be involved in this case? I just saw a TV ad for DeSantis for President. Interesting as to my knowledge he has not announced as running yet. It was from one of those soft money PACs. He really should see the writing on the wall and stay away from 2024. Let Trump get DESTROYED by Biden in 2024 and go against Harris or Buttigieg or Newsom in 2028. |
