Btw, Catholics and many other christians push abstinence, not birth control. Yet every single one of them keep telling how we're all subject to sinning. So I assume they aren't going to do much but make 13 year old girls feel guilty for sinning and deliver babies. Hopefully we make Conservatives like you cover all the expense if the mom doesn't.

A 13 year old girl should not be having sex and thus abstinence is the thing to teach her.

There I solved the problem. Just tell someone they shouldn't do something. Look how much money and time I've saved us. We don't need to fund a wall or even border patrol.

My point is the 13 year old should not be having sex. She should be educated how being a single mom is a road to poverty. How it will rob her of a normal teenage life. We need to stop glamorizing teen moms and single mothers.

What should not be doing is saying, "you are going to do it anyhow so here are some condoms."

That is what is taught.

"Health Class" is basically constant abstinence lectures, and how any sex should be presumed to result in pregnancy and/or STD. And, constant trauma stories about teens who got pregnant or STDs etc....

At least that was my experience, I doubt that it has changed much. At least except for junior year of high school where "health class" was swapped for that year for Drivers Ed (all of which are taught by the Gym Teacher for some reason).
