It's a satiric response. Relax. War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength |

What is the evidence of election fraud? You must have something that dozens of Courts missed? As for Trump, I never said that he has received criminal charges, even if that increasingly looks possible. Though he is a scummy person and has lost endless civil trials.... |

To be CLEAR, I do NOT believe that the election was 'stolen' in the sense of the word that votes that were not cast legally changed a single state from Trump to Biden. But...... the statement that many (almost all) of the liberals use when attacking those like AZ and EB who claim the election was stolen is 'you can't show me any evidence'. That being true does NOT mean that their claims are de facto false. OF COURSE if someone was trying to "steal' an election they would do EVERYTHING in their power to not be found out. Criminals do not intentionally leave evidence for those looking to expose them! AZ..... you are minimizing what occurred on 1/6/2021. I would have been happy if EVERY SINGLE person who entered illegally would have been shot dead. I'm sorry, but you do NOT attack my government. Others... You are minimizing the destruction the BLM movement did to our country. The BLM rioters DID attack many federal/state/city buildings. There is a famous case in the City of Buffalo as an example. Far left.... far right.... they both SUCK! |

If you are making a claim you have the burden of proof. You can't just say, "The Election was stolen, its obvious", and then not provide evidence, especially after dozens (maybe hundreds now) of trials have turned up nothing.... Remember how Trump started an investigation committee to show how he won the popular vote in 2016? And how that turned out? A claim is generally correct unless proven true, otherwise you can just say anything you want and people would have to say, "Well you can't prove that I was not riding a unicorn last night"..... Here is a good example of this around the example of religion: https://www.qcc.cuny.edu/socialsciences/ppecorino/phil_of_religion_text/CHAPTER_5_ARGUMENTS_EXPERIENCE/Burden-of-Proof.htm "The burden of proof is always on the person making an assertion or proposition. Shifting the burden of proof, a special case of argumentum ad ignorantium, is the fallacy of putting the burden of proof on the person who denies or questions the assertion being made. The source of the fallacy is the assumption that something is true unless proven otherwise. " (That sentence pretty much summarizes what you are trying to do). |

| missedhervee Member since: Apr 23, 2021 Threads: 159 Posts: 5477 | BLM / antifa rioters and the Jan 6 insurrectionists all suck and need to be prosecuted. Soopoo, many courts, including some with judges appointed by the fat oaf hisownself have looked into the matter in detail and zero proof has been adduced. Plus the losers have had ample time after being initially thrown out of court on their collective asses to adduce new, probative evidence and none has been forthcoming: none. |

Gee From a white person Jan 6 bad. Against all the individuals that broke the law who were mostly white. Buffalo bad. Not against all the individuals that broke the law but instead against an entire group where 99% did not break the law. Why go after a huge group that includes 99% of law abiding protestors. Very unfair. Hey, its a group of Black's, lets condemn the entire group Because they are Black? Hey its a group of whites, let's not condemn all the white protestors that day and just the individual law breakers. Because they are White? Why the difference Go after white individuals and Black groups. Really surprised at you Soopoo Sometimes we live no particular way but our own - Grateful Dead "Eyes of the World" |

| missedhervee Member since: Apr 23, 2021 Threads: 159 Posts: 5477 | You don't condemn / "go after" someone simply due to their affiliation; rather you focus on their actions / deeds. Just like you cannot condemn all republicans / Trumpies just because a few thousand took it upon themselves to storm the nation's capitol to prevent the election results from being ratified and acted upon, so members of BLM / antifa who didn't riot are not culpable. |

How many serious decisions do you want to make on the premise that someone else might be right when they're lacking good evidence? How about protecting your family from the Delta variant for the last year with hydroxychloroquin and zinc? Or assuming it's a complete liberal hoax? Does that sound like a good plan?
