Aww. Now he will have to find a more creative way to tell his supporters to hang Mike Pence.

Nick Clegg is now the head of FB security? That is an interesting twist....

I have no dog in this fight, I hate Trump, I hate FB, I guess the more platforms he is banned from the better though.

Yes, the typical liberal position of "If you do not like what someone is saying do not let them say it!"

I have never seen someone liberals are so afraid of in my life.
The President is a fink.

He’s a “billionaire” ex-president.

Surely he can find a way to get messages out to the world.

But as his now-dead blog showed, people don’t care what he had to say anymore.

Oh yes I am very afraid of people who incite treason. The same reason Al Baghdadi was banned from Twitter. Once you incite violence against the U.S. you lose the moral high ground. Not that anyone has a right to be on those platforms in the first place.

Trump is essentially a separatist at this point, and the scary thing is he has followers (and loyal followers who cannot admit simple falsities). We can't forget the siege on the capitol. Never in my life was the power of United States more threatened (even more than 9/11, because at least that caused unity). I can say with full confidence that right now right-wing extremists are the largest threat to America (at least domestically).

I just re-read "The Hobbit" and "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy: sure makes me think of Trump as Sauron and Biden as Gandalf.

Excellent series. But, that is giving Trump far too much credit. Sauron actually is competent and strong.

Maybe Smaug, because he is mindlessly obsessed with wealth and will raze towns for perceived sleights and gets distracted easily?

Smaug, certainly.

Or maybe a troll; fat, stupid, vicious and ugly.

Or maybe Wormtongue: lying, conniving, lusting after women a third his age.

I like to think of Trump as Frodo. Fighting against what appear to be almost insurmountable odds to 'drain the swamp'. We will see when the story ends if he is successful.
