The White House super spreader event unfortunately hosted by our previously infected President does little to help your theory with all of them running around without masks before the run up to their infection.

Did even one person out of the hundreds in attendance, aside of Trump’s inner circle test positive anytime within the next fourteen days following the event?

Sixteen people who were part of Trump’s inner circle, and Trump himself tested positive after the event.

The media labeled it a super spreader event because they were hoping many of the hundreds of attendees at the event, many who were not wearing masks, and were in close proximity, shaking hands and hugging, to test positive as well.

That didn't happen.

Had it turned into the super spreader event they hoped for, we would have heard about it by now.

Masks do offer some protection, but most people defeat their purpose and wear them in an unsterile fashion. Like Trump and Biden, the shove them in their pocket for later use. They contaminate their masks. Putting them on their car seat, hanging them from their rear view mirror, pulling them out of their pocket and throwing them on a countertop to be used again later. The virus can live for seven days on an infected mask. Ideally, they should be worn fresh and sterile every single time.

Besides that, masks only cover three of the seven holes in your head, and the virus is so small it can pass through the pores of both the surgical mask and N95 respirator.

Nobody knows because the WH prevented the CDC from doing contact tracing

I'm referring to inside meet and greet from the same event which involved mostly the core staff and some others. They were shown hanging out without masks in close proximity.

The CDC study involved 154 case patients who tested positive and 160 control participants who tested negative. 14.4% of the case patients reported ‘Often’ wearing a mask. 70.6% of them reported ‘Always’ wearing a mask. 85% of the case patients either often or always wore a mask, 14 days before the onset. 3.9 percent of the case patients ‘Never’ wore a mask and 3.9% ‘Rarely’ wore a mask fourteen days before the onset. See Page 1261.

Less than 8% of the case patients who never or rarely wore a mask, caught the disease.

85% vs. 7.8%

Positive results were eleven times higher for the case patients who often or always wore a mask, 14 days before the onset, than for patients who rarely or never wore a mask.

This is a faulty comparison since you ignore percentages for control participants who tested negative, and the statistical population is skewed with the vast majority already wearing masks. Your comparison suggests that the study shows that the majority infected are mask wearers as opposed to non-maskers. However, the majority not infected in the study also wear masks, even more so than ones infected.

The study included much more people who wore masks as compared to people who never or rarely wore masks to begin with, whether tested negative or positive. The correct comparison is with positive test patients to negative test participants. Note the higher percentage of people who tested negative reported that they “always” wore masks than people who tested positive:

Of the 160 control participants who tested negative, 74.2 percent reported that they “always” wore a face mask. Out of 154 case-patients who tested positive, 70.6 percent reported that they “always” wore a mask.

When combined with "often or always" wearing a mask for people with negative test vs. ones with positive, the higher percentage is still with negative: almost 89 % to 85%.

Further, the study found two behaviors linked to a positive test even with masks: hanging out with someone who was recently infected and going inside locations with on-site eating and drinking options, such as bars and restaurants. The study notes that masks “cannot be effectively worn while eating and drinking,” so diners and bar-goers are likely exposed to respiratory droplets when they removed their masks to eat or take a drink.
