"What we did yesterday was, we presented our facts and the findings of the investigation, and the judge determined there was probable cause, and then you saw the results, we went and executed the search warrant and collected the information pursuant to that search warrant to continue our investigation," Patel told "The Charlie Kirk Show" on Thursday.
Specifically, the warrant listed possible violations of two statutes -- one which requires election records to be retained for a certain amount of time, and another which outlines criminal penalties for people, including election officials, who intimidate voters or to knowingly procure false votes or false voter registrations.

You posted the warrant, so it's you're job to convince me and provide facts. It isn't my job to answer my question. Wake me if an arrest is made... |

He answered your question. A judge ruled there was probable cause. Now you have clumsily attempted to move the goalposts. But they fell on your head. |

Wake me when an arrest is made. But, of course in SooPoo's world, there is no due process so probable cause and proof beyond a reasonable doubt and the presumption of innocence is irrelevant. To him, at least. Carry on! |

Nope. You lose. You asked a question. Were given the answer. As opposed to saying ‘oops, I was wrong. 100% wrong. Unequivocally wrong. You confabulate a new question. You’ve been exposed. AGAIN. THE JUDGE RULED THERE WAS PROBABLE CAUSE. Which is what you asked about. |

I’ll give the answer for my Dem colleagues. ‘The Big Bad Feds will scare anyone who LOOKS like they are not a citizen, (to them), from voting. They expect Hispanic citizens to be hassled and thus dissuaded from voting. Maybe dark skinned Blacks in Minnesota as well. Make RealID free for all. Require RealID to vote. I just fixed our issues with non citizens voting. (Or at least the perception that they were) |

Exactly, ICE is already used for racial intimidation, this is the GOP plan at polling stations, they need to pull out all of the stops to fight a fair election. |
