Trump is most likely to turn the justice system into a banana republic system. He's not only a convicted criminal, but the supreme fraudulent elector, and the most unsafe President with classified information, loves dictators, AND he lies more than a rug.

In order to win a trial you need to have credibility with the jury. If the jury doesn't find you credible, you're not going to win.

David Pecker testified under penalty of perjury that Trump and Pecker had conversations planning the bribes. Pecker had email receipts to back up his testimony.

Michael Cohen testified under penalty of perjury that Trump and Cohen had conversations planning the bribes. Cohen had audio recordings to back up his testimony.

Allen Weisselberg testified under penalty of perjury that Trump was aware of the bribes beforehand.

Stormy Daniels testified under penalty of perjury that she and Trump had sex.

Trump refused to testify under oath, but his lawyers concocted 2 lies that the jury didn't believe:
1) Stormy and Donald never had sex
2) Cohen and Weissleberg bribed Stormy without Trump's knowledge

If a pornography actress testifies under oath that she had sex with a wealthy man who paid her $130,000 to keep quiet about it, and the wealthy man denies it but the wealthy man refuses to testify under oath, WHICH ONE IS TELLING THE TRUTH?

If you're on a jury and it's obvious that the defendant's lawyers are telling you series of preposterous lies, you're not going to be inclined to acquit.

Trump should have just confessed that he had sex and knew about the payments. If he had done that, maybe the jury would be inclined to believe Trump's claims about how he was ignorant of the nitty-gritty details of campaign finance law.

Lying to the jury was the worst possible approach to this case.

Who cares if he paid off a porn actress? Joe Biden had his son selling access to him to Ukraine but even asking about that is apparantly an impeachable offense.

Like I said, Banana Republic convictions. Democrats try to keep a man off the ballot then cry about "election integrity?" They can go screw.

I just hate when everybody here tries to make everything political. It just makes sense to say all fraudsters as opposed to Republicans or Democrats. Just not necessary to add politics to that statement.
