This is why the USA will never win another major war. It is why we are in terminal decline.

It has been interesting to see the split in the population. One side afraid of their shadows, wearing a mask and anything else they are told to do. Other side wearing masks only for compliance and doing a reasonable assessment of the risks. The first group has been living their lives afraid of anything not totally safe for decades now. As soon as a new safety feature in a car comes out they are afraid, literally afraid, when their car dose not have it.

I remember the best I saw the two groups when I was young in management training as a PCO. Spraying for bugs in a very white-collar place. IIRC it was some kind of a non-profit. The people there asked us not to spray under their desks, and they had a fear in their voice that it would be the end of them if the spray got near them.

Later in the day we were at a moving company, still in the office. Half the people were like, "give my desk a double-shot, keep them bugs outta here!"

My trainer pointed out the difference to me, it was a lesson to be useful later in my career.

And that is where we are. Some people refuse any risk, others accept risk as part of life. The second group will tolerate the first group even if they laugh at them later. The first group thinks the second group is crazy and is even in some fear of them.

Can you imagine if General Washington and his troops were as timid & pathetic as the libbies of today? The American Revolution would have never happened!!

And smallpox was no joke. Even if you were totally healthy, you had a freakin 30% chance of dying! (The death rate of corona is literally a fraction of that!) Yet they STILL trudged on.

I'm sure all of the Founding Fathers are looking down and shaking their heads at what America has become. Libbies and their libbie masters in office are destroying all of the great things they achieved. 😒
