Charge?????? WTF. Did you watch the video?
He was walking slowly. Real slow shuffle.
The police could have simply arrested him instead of putting him in the hospital.

Yes. He was walking into their line after numerous warning to step back. He kept walking and then stood there.

He knew what he was doing, he does this for a living....

If the police arrested him you would say it was an unfair arrest "old white man arrested for walking on sidewalk". Its a lose lose for the police.

I honestly see nothing wrong with a riot line pushing people back, in fact that is basically their job when clearing streets.....

-There is a reason the whole squad resigned, they knew the cop was right- they did their job.....

So what. A ton of people on youtube bait the police for a living. Police take the bait, youtuber makes good coin from the gazillion views from outraged people.

BS
Nobody would know about it because the video of a legit arrest gets no views. Nobody cares.

Baiting police and random government workers is common with "auditors" stupid and obnoxious trend, but whatever....

This was not baiting, this was breaking multiple laws after being warned countless times. Again, they could have sprayed him, but I am guess you would object to that as well... There is nothing they could have done that would not garner critique from some..... Riot Police do not exist to be pleasant, their job is to be rough....

If I was breaking multiple laws but not being violent. I expect to be arrested, not put in the hospital.

I'm issuing a warning for trolling and personal insult with this post. It added no new information to the topic at hand and served to sow division only. You might argue many posts are just as bad, but this is a case of death by 1,000 cuts and this one was number 999.

I think somebody on here said "what if he had a baby on his back" some days ago.... I am too lazy to search for it now.

But, the point is the result is the same, if you approach a riot line you will be pushed back. They did not beat him, they did not kick him, they did not even spray him (which they would have been well within their right to do). They literally pushed him back and he fell.

If you can't handle a push don't charge a riot line... The police did nothing wrong in this case, but local politicians are letting the emotional mobs run the legal department apparently....

An unarmed barefoot blonde named Justine Damond Ruszczyk was shot to death by Minneapolis police (Officer Noor) after she called the police about what she thought was an ongoing rape by her house.

Noor’s lawyer, Thomas Plunkett, launched his closing address by banging on his lectern, shouting a profanity and yelling, “Pow!” Plunkett was recreating testimony from Noor that he heard a loud bang right before Damond approached his squad car, which was followed by his partner swearing and struggling to pull out his gun, right before Noor fired. No fingerprints of Justine were found on the Police car.

Last year the ex-policeman was sentenced to 12.5 years for the murder of Justine.

It appears that she was going to the police car to talk about what she heard and the police officer thought that he was being attacked.

If you don’t actually witness a crime, don’t call the cops. If you do call the cops, wait for them to approach you. That said, the officer obviously shoulders the biggest part of the responsibility and was convicted for third-degree murder, wasn’t he? Of course, some police association said the conviction was somehow a racist issue or was a contributing factor.

Anyway, just mind your 4@:&:!; business unless you see something with your eyes and don’t call the police otherwise.

One of the answers to where the money should go when the police are de-funded is to send social workers to handle domestic violence calls.

Those are some of the most consistently dangerous calls police take.

What a stupid idea...

Probably the worst case scenario for those who have been spending the past few days trying to justify this peaceful protestor’s assault by the cops.
