I have been to Disney World a few times. I have never seen that large and that dense of a crowd as the two million plus at the Hajj. I feel bad for folks who may have to cancel their plans to attend if it comes down to that...it is a trip of a lifetime for many that go in that they may only get one chance to do it (and it is an important part of their religion).

Yes, I am sure we can talk about all places with large crowds. It could be that none of them will not be good places to be for a while.

52 million is an average of about 142,500 a day. Is it 52 million unique visitors or 52 million through the turnstiles? I might account for five or more daily visits a year.

The potential is more the long standing in lines with other people.

Not really sure what your point is--both places, and many others, provide opportunities to spend a lot of time in close contact with others.

The thing that struck me about the Hajj is that for lots of people it is not just a religious requirement to go once, it also something many people only get to do once.

I don't find Disney a religious experience,,,i guess my wife might disagree...

Now, you do realize if you keep the current position you have that you are saying the "settled science" that there are 2 sexes is not "settled" and there is no "settled science." Thus you cannot use your "settled science" argument on global warming.

I thought since we were talking about the coronavirus and we were looking at places where crowds meet with outside communities making the ability to spread it much farther than normal? What did religion have to do with the virus?

Unfortunately I read your junk posts about science. Who said science is all settled in biology besides you?
