Today the wife made a corned beef brisket and mashed potatoes. It was much better than expected.

Burger stir fry with cream cheese
to thicken it.

Keto Mexican skillet. 3 days worth. This
is how I stretch the meat from 3 chicken
thighs into 3 meals. Zucchini, green
pepper, greens, chicken, canned tomatoes,
picante sauce, garlic and onion powder,
chili powder, hot sauce, cream cheese to
thicken it, cheddar on top.

Chicken is hard to find in the store now,
I have 15 pounds in the freezer and
need to make it last.

Breakfast: Can't remember.
Lunch: Can't remember.
Dinner: Whole wheat pasta from the local technical college's lecture demonstration program ('bout a year or so old, I guess, maybe three.).
Served cold with nuked tomatoes on top.
Snack: Swig of carrot juice with turmeric, ginger and something else in it.
