In Tampa they went with the big boys
Bigger and heavier then anything the public would buy
My old one that the wind could easily blow around weighed a few pounds
I just weighed the county provided, 25 pounds
45 x 39 x 25 inches
95 gallons
They are staying put in a strong wind
Hurricane, that's a different story

That's how it is at my mom's house in California too. However, if those cans were empty and the lid were left open, I could see a strong wind blowing them around, and perhaps hurting small children.
They do blow over but don't roll around because they are square. Wait a minute... am I sitting here with nothing better to do than write about my garbage can? Oy vay.
