His stated goal of "Trump is bad, we can't afford 4 more years of him" is perhaps honest. But don't you think by him running he is weakening the other candidates? Does anyone think he has ANY chance of being the nominee? His running seems like a loud announcement.... "The present crop of Democrats running SUCKS,". |

Ego. Him and Trump have been enemies since he was mayor of NYC from 2002-13. They butted heads all the time over what Trump wanted. Trump calls him 'Little Michael' because he's short, 5' 7". Trump is 8" taller. We haven't elected a president that short in 120 years. All modern presidents have been tall, it's more fitting the office. If Trump and Bloomberg debate, Bloomberg will look like a Munchkin next to Trump, Not good.. Bloomberg himself said in 2007 he was too short to run, He's correct.  If you take a risk, you may lose. He is skipping all the pre-SuperTuesday stuff, historically a loser idea. The other candidates are already weak. Biden is half-serious but Ukraine tainted. The rest are a clown car of crazies. So why is he running? Maybe his ego thinks he can do what Trump did but he appears too lazy to do it the way Trump did it. Trump was everywhere. He got media because he took almost any interview request. Among his biggest expenses were MAGA hats. The President is a fink. |

OMG, I just heard Bloomy speak for the first time. He has all the appeal of a creepy retired funeral director. He's old and he looks old. Old and energy-less. Has he no one around him to clue him in that he has no appeal whatever? The media is going nuts over the fact he's 17 times richer than Trump and can buy the election like Trump did. Rush is talking about rich people and how the public is fascinated by them. Rush knows a lot of people who are super rich and says way too many of them are clueless idiots. Bloomberg hasn't a chance, he has no personality, and is too old and too short. Never forget this is the guy who banned super sized soft drinks in NYC and it got reversed by SCOTUS. Wow, that took way longer than I thought. No, idiots never get elected president. It's not possible, and never will be. Do you know what Trump is doing behind the scenes that has Dems scared senseless? He's dismantling the 'good ol boy' network of insider cronyism that has ruled DC for decades.
