The idea of a "company man" has been dead for years. | aceofspades Member since: Oct 24, 2012 Threads: 83 Posts: 2019 | Just received an email from the Owner stating he "did all he could to keep me" and the 7% raise came out of his personal money and he never told the protege or the bookkeeper (LIES - as the bookkeeper came to my office yesterday after I returned from Court to ask if I needed to update any tax info while she was notifying the payroll company of the 7% raise) Does not even realize what he did wrong He is playing a violin as the firm burns down around him Par for the course |

If this jackass is falling asleep during meetings because he's pushing 90, and when he goes, the firm goes, that alone is a reason to get out. This way you're in control, not waiting for him to croak or stroke out. Sounds like everybody there see's the scribbling on the wall, you won't be the only one to jump ship.
