I'd wager that the first is a very small fraction of the second. Note that "non-binary gender" did not exist pre-1990s. It is a made-up thing. A post-modern fad. People raised without good role models. And a big one, the latest generations are afraid to take a stand on any issue at all, afraid to stand up and say "what you are doing is wrong!" They call it "tolerance." The extreme among them thinking there is something "wrong" if they are just being one gender.

Nor is telling someone to behave proper. Reality is most of the time these people are being attention-whores. They want people to gawk. They want to be the center of attention. A guy who goes out acting like a woman knows this will happen. Yet he acts that way anyhow?

Notice that when someone presents
themselves as a 'new' gender, there
are always caveats attached. They
never say "but you can still treat me
like you treat everybody else".

Hell no. They want special this and
special that, they want words to be
changed, and we have to go out of
our way to accommodate them in
their made up fairy tale world.

It's the ultimate 'look at ME, notice
ME' ploy, and the suckers in society
are falling for it.
