Just quitting will do that. Dont know if psyche meds increase/ exacerbate, but withdrawal is no joke. There were times I was scared of sleep and I've never taken weaning drugs. Be bold and risk defeat, or be cautious and encourage it. |

Money is completely relative so that isn't really a good way to look at it. My wife and I probably spend $300 a months on cigarettes which doesn't seem like a lot to us. Sadly our alcohol bill is probably closer to $900 a month while our food bill is probably closer to $500 a month. Who says that we don't have our priorities well defined? At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent. |

Took me 90 min to get out of bed today because my back hurt so gd bad I thought I sprung a rib and popped a lung. 14yrs of this s@#$; I've no desire to lengthen the experience. Be bold and risk defeat, or be cautious and encourage it. |

So in your 30's you're giving up already? When you got your body it came with certain restrictions that you apparently weren't aware of. Mistreat it early and often and you threaten the longevity of it. As you're finding out. I'll be 70 in 3 months and just shoveled my driveway by hand in 15 degree weather with no pain anywhere. Guess why that is. And I'm far from a perfect human specimen. I just never overdid it on anything. Moderation has always been my MO. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
