Beto's fun to ridicule, but in Texas this is bipartisan. The Republican party in Texas is totally out of sync with the national Republican party. There are currently 1,000 miles of border in Texas with no wall.

How many decades has Texas' state legislature + every statewide office been controlled by Republicans? In his inauguration address 4 years ago, Governor Abbott promised to secure the border. Has he built 1 single mile of wall? Nope. In his inauguration address a few weeks ago, Abbott didn't say a word about securing the border! The looney libs in California have built more miles of border wall than Texas!

Congressman Will Hurd's district includes 800 miles of border. He's opposed to building the wall. And yes, he's a Republican.
