Most of the time she shuffled papers so that nobody could photograph her paying attention.

I listened, didn't watch the screen much. It sounded good, paid parental leave the only part I really did not like. Didn't waste my time with the Democrat response. He does seem to be getting things done, no matter how little positive the media reports on it.

Only reasoning I can see is that population decline is coming. Just saw an article that it will come 50 years sooner than the UN is predicting. It seems no longer in doubt that the better off a society becomes the lower the birth rate. Drudge had a link today that migration will be 95% of population growth in the USA soon.

But I still see kids as a lifestyle choice the chooser needs to pay for.
