They got lucky with Bill Clinton and Obama. Now their pool is drained and they have nobody for the forseeable future. The other side has a bunch of good ones, like Ted Cruz. The Dems are lame, they can only seem to produce a good one every generation. You had FDR, Kennedy, Clinton. Obama looked good but was terrible. Don't look for another electable Dem anytime soon. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Ted Cruz is too far right to win a nationwide election. He might be too far right to win again even in Texas. I do agree he is bright and well spoken and otherwise Presidential. |

Don't be too sure. He's very intelligent and presidential acting. I didn't care for him in 16 but like him a lot now. The Dems never attract the best and the brightest, only the flawed and the greedy. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

You put up a candidate that can win the swing states. You certainly don’t put up a Sanders or Warren. A lot to me depends on what the Russians were actually doing. If they were trying to hack into an actual voting machine and change a Williamson vote to Sanders then I use the full force of the US government to go after them. If someone tells me a Russian spy was posting anti Buttigieg messages on WoV I am frankly less concerned. The phrase ‘trying to influence’ is just way too broad for me. I think the mainstream media, which theoretically should not be partisan, tries to influence the election in ways far more damaging than any foreign power. They cloak their hit pieces in the cover of news pieces all the time. I’ve said it before. Show me ONE vote illegally changed from one candidate to another by an illegal act of Russia. I’m still waiting. |

You do not know this. What does requiring ID, which is the most basic election security, have to do with the fairy tale that the Russians somehow "interfered" with the election. As to the media I would say that sitting on the "Access Hollywood" tape until the very end is far more interfering than the Russians did. Same as CBS flat out making up a story about Bush in 2004. If a few social media posts is "interfering" then you might want to move to a place with unfree elections. Not "interference" there. The President is a fink. |

I want proof illegal voters changed elections. Read that carefully. There's no proof elections were changed from voter fraud. Neither of you offered any proof.

Notice the word ‘WIDESPREAD’. No evidence of WIDESPREAD voter fraud. There have been multiple examples of people voting more than once, dead people voting, etc.... You can find the examples online if you want to. I can’t prove illegal voters changed elections ....... BECAUSE THE DEMOCRATS WONT LET ME! They block voter ID laws which would expose any attempt to cheat. SINCE THEY BLOCK THISE LAWS THEY ALLOW THE CHEATING! And block discovery of such. I DO agree with you that voter fraud is unlikely to be widespread. And unlikely to have affected any major election. That doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be prevented. I can’t get my teeth cleaned without ID I can’t buy a beer at my supermarket without ID I can’t buy a gun without ID I can’t have a prescription filled without ID Enter the real effing world. Get an ID. Use it when voting. I’ll use my tax dollars to pay for it. |
