Here's a challenge. Go to Pornhub and search for her. See if you can last thru 1 minute of one of her videos. I can't do it. I mean after she starts having sex with somebody. I don't find her at all attractive, and these videos were years ago.

It was difficult to isolate, but I would say this challenge was the place where this thread went off topic. The topic deviated from Stormy Daniels as a running mate to porn in general.

It kind of messes up a forum to have every thread meander into a stream of consciousness.

I'm thinking we should have a thread for the Republican 2020 nominee because it seems more and more that it might not be Trump.

There is very little historical precedent for a successful challenge to an incumbent president from his own party after 1900. The two most prominent challenges post WWII were Ronald Reagan's challenge of Gerald Ford in 1976 followed by Ted Kennedy's challenge of Jimmy Carter in 1980.

With Michigan and Pennsylvania voting Democratic for 6 straight elections, and then voting for Trump, Trump would basically have to start a massive trade war with China or get very publicly sick in order for a Republican challenger to even have a chance.

With the CFO of Huawei being held in jail in Vancouver awaiting an extradition hearing to the US we might see your massive trade war. She has been in jail for over a week and China has already recalled their Canadian ambassador. She was taken into custody while transferring planes in YVR because of an arrest warrant from the US.

China is really pissed about her arrest. And Bolton was scathing, as in knowing she would be arrested and Trump did not, during his meal with Xi.

This little ditty surprised me, "It was Bolton who a week ago intentionally damaged U.S. relations with China.

The U.S. Justice Department arranged for Canada to arrest the chief financial officer of Huawei, Meng Wanzhou, over alleged U.S. sanctions violations with regards to Iran. The case is not over the sanction Trump recently imposed, but over an alleged collision with the sanction regime before the nuclear deal with Iran. The details are still unknown." [bolding mine]

No, god told the pope and the pope
told FrG that Trump would lose. It's
his testimony, how dare you question
it. Snicker..
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

It is more like the accumulation of lots of things all together that make me believe that perhaps Trump may not even want to run for re-election.

Remember like faith it is not just dependent on one form of evidence but by many coming together: personal testimony, other's testimony, history, philosophy, science, anthropology, miracles, etc., etc. How many times Bob do you have to be reminded of the wide base and foundation that reasonable acts of faith are based on? Do you purposely misrepresent my thinking because you don't understand it or because you do understand it and know your characterization of me is wrong?

Well maybe if Clinton had been impeached in his first term that wouldn't be true.

Hint hint.

Impeached means the formal trial, and not being removed from office. It Clinton had been impeached, and they failed to remove him from office, I think he might have won again anyway. Frontal attacks usually bring out the zealots.

It makes some sense, as he would be anxious to try to earn a few extra billion in post presidency. But, I think his competitive nature will win out. Besides if Ivanka runs in 2024 she will become the youngest elected president, beating JFK. People may want to extend the Trump reign by electing his daughter knowing that he will have a critical advisory position.
