They’re taking footage from The Force Awakens and CGI-ing a different costume, hairdo, and background. So basically her face is the only thing that’s “real.” But they’ve actually used CGI to age her face as well because she looked quite a bit older in Episode 8 than she did in 7. Apparently there were a lot of deleted Leia scenes from Episode 7 so they had plenty to work with.  “A straight man will not go for kids.” - AZDuffman |
