Wonder if he is calling (505) 503-4455 or the new number in Omaha?
He is calling Saul.

Ah, now I get it. I'm a bit 'slow' at times.

United Houston to Calgary flight.
Scorpion drops from overhead compartment onto passenger's hair, passenger brushes it onto his tray and then tries to pick it up from tray and gets stung/bitten/whatever.
Weather in Texas and Arizona is prime scorpion season. No one knows where plane had been yet or whose luggage it was, but how stupid is it to try to pick up a scorpion?

PR troubles continue.

(Only related to vehicles and bugs)

My favorite vehicle bug story is when they turned on the air conditioning in a Greyhound bus hundreds of roaches started falling from the vents on the passengers.

And now American.

I'm awaiting for the whole story. Thus far it seems a woman travelling with twin toddlers tried to bring a stroller into the plane. There are conflicting reports on whether this is allowed, or whether it should be checked at the gate. According to witnesses, a flight attendant took the stroller from her and, accidentally, hit her on the head, narrowly missing the head of one of the babies.

Then the much-circulated video was taken.

In the video we see a passenger confront the flight attendant, who then proceeds to try to escalate the situation further.

American provided a decent public response. The FA has been suspended while the incident is investigated, and the woman involved received some compensation and an upgrade.

I have never seen a stroller brought onto the plane. Infants are a safety hazard. Why can a woman not hold her purse in her lap during takeoff and landing but it is okay to hold an infant. I say if they don't fit under the seat or in the overhead compartment they don't belong on the flight.

I'd tend to agree with you...

Reminds me of this story, the plane hit turbulence and the baby went flying out of its mother's arms:

I've never experienced turbulence anywhere near this bad. I'd probably think the plane was going down...
