Especially among the poor. They usually aren't the brightest so they can't find ways not to be bored. Drugs is an escape from that. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

That one terrorist who made the original bombing of Twin Towers garage has only an occasional visit from a lawyer. He treasures it; he has become so desperate for company. The Atlanta bomber says it is "Kafkaesque" designed to drive you crazy. Although they have a small tv, you can imagine how little that is to look forward to. Probably limited stations too.
