He's been in office for 6 months, it should have been there by now. Oh, wait, it's been less than a month and his cabinet isn't in place yet and he's still getting it all organized, just as any brand new president has to. Still, 55% ain't bad. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Those aren't the words one associated with, say, "wildly popular" or "sweeping the nation" or "unprecedented enthusiasm" No, we've got "ain't bad" Considering all of the scandal, "ain't bad" might actually be considered "pretty good" If you look at some other polls, such as Gallup's "all adults" poll, 40% approval (and 54% disapproval) is hardly favorable. Bob, I hate to break this to you...I know it's gonna hurt, but...Lord of the Rings was fiction. It wasn't any more real than, say, Breitbart. You will never meet Bilbo Baggins. Trump can remind you of Smeagol though. |

If Rasmussen reports it at 55%, then it must be actually down in the twenties. Posting links to lies is stupid and pointless. |

Yeah, but it's a great analogy because when Gollum threw the ring into Mt Doom, he ended forever the reign of the horrible Sauron. And when Trump did the impossible, the totally unexpected, the totally not predicted winning of the election, he ousted forever the Evil Queen and four more years of the scourge that was Obama. You still haven't realized what you're struggling with, why you're so angry and full of hate. It has nothing to do with Trump. It has everything do with Mt Doom and the ring. That era of tearing down the USA is not coming back. Look around, the Dem party is decimated, it's been depleted by 8 years of Obama to the point that it'll take a decade to rebuild it. Or longer. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Utter nonsense. The Republican party is coming apart as we speak. The Democrats are newly energized and will be completely in power after the Trump dictatorship implodes. Besides, why would you want republicans in power, evil, stupid jerkasses that they are? |

The Democrats don't know where they stand--the moderate part of the party has been torn apart and the more committed leftists may take over the party. That will not help them win elections. Trump could be their biggest asset in taking back power, but first they need to figure out who they are themselves... They have energy but no direction. The people that say the Democrat party is dead are just as wrong as the ones who said the Republican party was dead when Obama was elected. They'll be back, but they can't be successful in the long run if they are too far left. They have only themselves to blame for putting forth a sorry candidate that Trump could actually beat. People with charisma win the Presidency; boring, droning people don't...see McCain and Romney. It may not be right but it is what it is...
You always have to inject some worthless, crazy crap in your writing. Amazing! |

No, I always have to inject something you disagree with. There's a distinction. If you think Republicans are anything BUT stupid and evil, then you've been hiding under a rock. Haven't you seen their concerted efforts lately to destroy health care, dismantle environmental protections, remove banking regulations, stop darkies from voting, etc. etc. etc. etc.? These things will ultimately hurt them and their constituents (i.e., not just Democrats, bwa-ha-ha, mustache twirling), but they want political advantage even if it causes millions of deaths and widespread misery. Now, THAT'S manifestly stupid and evil. |

| Evenbob Member since: Oct 24, 2012 Threads: 148 Posts: 25978 | The Grammy singer who wore the Trump dress is number 1 on iTunes, #1 in album sales and MP3 downloads on Amazon, and Billboard says she could move to number 2 as early as next week. 35,000 album sales this week. You better believe the industry greed hogs are watching this very closely, none of the Trump bashing singers are doing sales like this. https://www.amazon.com/I-Make-Static-Joy-Villa/dp/B00M4LU7Y2 If you take a risk, you may lose.
