29 states have that, the rest do not.

And it should be all of them. Like Trump or not he was elected under the EC system. There shouldn't even be any discussion of the possibility of the college electing anyone else.

Well, that isn't how the system is set up.

The supreme Court ruled that a state may require a pledge, and remove an elector who refused to pledge to vote a certain way, but did not rule that they actually have to vote as they pledged.

Not arguing what the rules ARE. Arguing what they should be. And I doubt anyone objective could argue that a president being elected due to a few electors going against the will of the people would be a satisfactory outcome.

That is exactly why it exists in the first place - they did not want the offices of president and vice president decided by the will of the people.

Case in point: more people voted for Clinton than Trump.

What we have now, though, is a situation where up to half of the votes in a state can be discarded and ignored and not assigned to electors, and all of the electoral votes go to one candidate (state winner take all) and vote of a person in some states ends up being 3x as powerful as votes in another state, because in the larger states there are more people represented by each electoral vote.

There are hundreds of pics out there
of Millennials flipping off Trump Tower.
They're having a temper tantrum, they
don't remember a time before Obummer,
when we get to choose a president who
might actually get something done.

Correct. They don't remember the disaster that was the GWB administration.

They don't know how good we've had it these past 8 years...

I'll be taking one of those pics next time I'm in Chicago.
