Yes, I think it was a throw-in when you bought something else. Guy was a genius for solving problems you never knew you had with cheap stuff.

The Chop o Matic, one of Ronco's first
products in the 60's. Walmart still sells
the Ronco Vegamatic.

At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent.

Did he also do that hair vac cutting thing? I met a couple hair stylists said they had to fix people after those.

My dad used to cut my hair when I was a kid. Glad they never had those vacuum your hair cut things, he probably would have tried it. I'm not saying he was a bad barber, but if you like one style and one style only, he could pull it off, because he only had one style.

I'd do my hair myself if I could get the trim right. I get a #3 clipper cut all over. I hate my hair long and heavy. Not saying I wear it short, just saying once a Marine was in the chair next to me and he looked like some hippie if we were side by side. I'd never make a return to the 1970s.

You are thinking of the Flowbee. i don't think that was Ronco.
