That being the case what would you say is reincarnated or reanimated? Are you saying that humans have souls or something? I don't really want to go into the different beliefs concerning the subject of reincarnation because of the religion that's deeply embedded in it, but I would be interested how a naturalistic believing person like yourself sees the subject. Seems like a conundrum to me. |

Please don't get religious about it. As a materialist (if you really are one) you have only matter/energy to work with which makes the statement that it is consciousness whether individual or universal rather problematic in the same way a soul is a problem in a materialistic world. |

Correct. If you believe in reincarnation, then there must be a transference of souls from one brain to another, and there is no observable mechanism for that to happen. Therefore this is a supernatural phenomena. |
