Christians or anyone who just makes up their own reality

We all create our own reality,
even you. Everyone's reality is
somewhat different, some are
drastically different. Ever been
to a mental hospital? Those
people create some bizarre
realities for themselves.

It's a fact that every shrink
has his own shrink. Listening
to the realities of different
people all day can have a
detrimental effect on the
listener and he needs to stay
grounded in his own reality
or he'll lose touch with it and
become confused.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

Have you ever experienced a situation where you wanted to do something lawful and good, but at the same time felt some resistance to doing it?

You mean has my learning of right and
wrong and my conscience ever been
activated? Sorry to break it to you,
that's not god, that's just training.

You seemed to be saying you hated the fact that so many Christians do their own thing, disagree with each other, and even do evil things. In fact it seems like this is one of your reasons you don't believe. Yet, this seems par for the course in your mind. I'm confused. Do you think it's okay for anyone to make up their own reality or do you lament that they do and then find all this division and bad stuff?

No, I'm talking about right now as a grown person do you sometimes experience a desire to do something good along with a pull not to do said good thing? Maybe you think someone else will do it, it's not really that important, it's too hard or complicated, etc.

It's a fact, like air and gravity.
My ok'ing it has nothing to
do with anything. Do lots of
people make up stupid
realities to live in? You bet.
Meth addicts, TV sports
watchers, Walmart greeters,
Branch Davidian's, etc.

You read to much into everything, make
it all too complicated. What you need to
ask yourself is, why do you so desperately
need a god in your life and I don't at all.
Why is it you can't cope with everyday
life without a god crutch, and I do just fine
without it.

That's what believers hate about atheists,
they can't stand it that we don't need
to have a god to tell us what to do, we're
self sufficient. They won't be happy till
they make us co-dependent like them.

I doubt whether there are two priests that agree on everything. That fact is proof enough that they are each interpreting reality at least slightly different, unless they are mental clones, they make it up as they go along just like everyone else. Reality is indeed, created by the observer.

The purpose of a cult is to make
the reality of everyone involved
as close to the cults reality as
possible. That's why in the strictest
cults contact with outsiders is
kept at a minimum.

So no matter what someone thinks you believe the only true reality is that they are making up their own reality? Is that just some wierd reality you are making up? What if the reality that I make up is that I am not making up reality?
How did you come to believe that you can make up your own reality? There seems to be so precious little of life we can control, how or why do you think we can determine our own reality? It seems like you are desperately trying to avoid the painful reality that you don't control reality at all by positing this strange, childish, and prehistoric idea that human beings can control or make up what is true.
