Should be no need for individuals to get a license to do business among themselves. Thats the point. The President is a fink. |

You have the freedom to elect people to change those license laws Sometimes we live no particular way but our own - Grateful Dead "Eyes of the World" |

Aint the question. The fact that such a law exists shows we have lost freedom. The President is a fink. |

Pretty much the age old question of how much regulation you want to have in a society... most people agree there should be some... and thus you always give up some freedom (or never have it) as part of any country (or social group). Should food be regulated (one story says that it was the sales of processed food that was being stopped, not the raw milk)? If no, what stops me selling dangerous food? If yes, then what level of regulation? It always starts with a thin edge, but then there's ifs ands and buts. Personally, there are many industries which are over regulated, which hampers free trade, and therefore efficient markets. It is said that your life flashes before your eyes just before you die.... it's called Life |

The thing on this story is they were a co-op, bothering nobody and doing business among themselves. If you, Face, and EB decided to buy tomatoes from my garden this year, why should the state need to be involved? We all would know and trust each other. The President is a fink. |

You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really? |

In a true free society yes, yes, yes, no, don't understand the question but it sounds like a topic for another thread, yes, yes, where appropriate, yes, yes. The President is a fink. |

I'm growing bucket cherry tomatoes, 5 buckets. I'll have more than I can handle, even eating them every day. I'll post pics in May when I put them in. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
