They aren't frauds, they're cases that were rejected because there was a possible way the kid could have found the info. He probably didn't but the researchers can't take any chances. The completed case has to stand up under the most intense scrutiny possible. It has to be airtight. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Go back and listen again. He didn't say 80% of Stevensons cases were frauds. He said he was asked why he got involved with any of it, 80% of it is frauds. He's talking about the subject in general. There are tons of people out there claiming to be somebody famous in a previous life, that type of thing. The parents of kids claiming past memories were 95% concerned parents, they had nothing to gain by making anything up. But they can't be researched because the kid might have had access to the info in the memories and the case gets tossed out. Read one of the books, you'll totally understand how the science methodology worked. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Not quite the same thing. 'Spirit possession is not recognized as a psychiatric or medical diagnosis by the DSM-IV or the ICD-10. People alleged to be possessed by spirits exhibit symptoms similar to those associated with mental illnesses such as psychosis, hysteria, mania, Tourette's syndrome, epilepsy, schizophrenia, or dissociative identity disorder including involuntary, uncensored behavior, and an extra-human, extra-social aspect to the individual's actions.' It's more common in Africa among women who are malnourished. It's because of deficiencies in thiamine, tryptophan-niacin, calcium, and vitamin D. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Evenbob Member since: Oct 24, 2012 Threads: 146 Posts: 25011 | My father in law turned 90 last week and got a smartfone for his bday. He loves it, he even texts while he walks, head all bent over. He's always trying to learn new things. His soul knows it will reincarnate and souls have to evolve to, they have to keep up. The soul of a Neanderthal wouldn't do too well today. I think I knew a couple guys who had Neanderthal souls back in the 60's. Real pagan knuckle draggers.. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Do you believe that rubbish? The Hindu guru that started the Buddhist movement in 587 BC, never wrote anything down. Neither did any of his followers, until 1,000 years after his death. He lived and died as a Hindu. Today, he would not recognize the movement he started. Excellent lecture on Buddhism by Dr. Robert Morey |

To my knowledge, we have yet to prove genetic memory, so in theory: All events of our ancestors are recorded through their senses and stored in their DNA. We inherit their DNA. However, it depends upon what tree we descend. We can't cross trees IMO, but we eventually lead to the most common ancestor, so we could share their DNA. The most common ancestor would be about 300,000 years ago. But there should be a male and a female at least that long ago, and we can't find both yet in the same time frame. This theory would agree with the Holy Bible: ◄ Hebrews 9:27 ► |
