I cannot believe that a Netflix original show is this excellent. They have put a ton of money into the production values and hiring experienced actors. I'm halfway through the first season and every episode is a treat. I read it has been picked up for a fourth season. John Lithgow is perfect as Winston Churchill. They've captured the spirit of the early 1950s perfectly. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

I'm not sure what you're talking about, but the lead actress on Mrs. Maisel was born in 1990 so I'm going to answer: No. “A straight man will not go for kids.” - AZDuffman |

Amy Irving is age 66 and was once the wife of Steven Spielberg from 1985-1989, but whose latest feature film had a production budget of $1.5 million and was shot entirely on an Apple phone. |

The third episode is especially good. And you know how I hate most things made by Netflix. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

I have been enjoying it so far, finished third episode last night. I have never read the books, but have been a fan of the games for several years. But wasn't it you who just earlier this year said you don't like Game of Thrones because it is a fantasy show that is too violent and contains too much adult content? How is this any different (maybe even more it seems so far)? |

I ended up binging it on Sunday. Very good, but very weird. Kind of a creepy stalker drama, it may not appeal to everyone. Well written, good actors, interesting perspectives, interesting character dynamics, lots of twists. I liked it, but I understand people that don't. I was advised to watch the first episode and I will either get into quickly or hate it, I would give the same advice. (I ended up liking it). |

You think this show is the same as that sicko S/M crap on GoT? Where's the gratuitous brutality, the sadism and sexual violence like on GoT. I'm not seeing it. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
