Men don't have it because very few men date women for money. Unattractive women seldom make millions. Men are more visual driven than women so even if they see a woman a step above them financially they are more likely to simply figure they would rather make their own money and have their pick of the woman they want.

Women that "carry men" seem to come from the lowest classes. I've worked with a few. They guy is just drifting in his career and she is earning more money than him, but she is still earning below an average salary.
