And for the record, I never had a Windows 8. I did download the Windows 8.1 preview and ran it on my laptop, but that was the extent of my direct involvement with the Operating System That Never Was (I'm sure years from now, when Win7 approaches the end of extended support, the pie charts detailing Windows fragmentation will show Win8(.1) as tiny as Windows Vista is today).
