Special bonus points if you can translate the headline Mexico is switching to digital TV (like USA and Canada). USA and Canada made digital decoders available at a discount for those who wanted to keep their old analog sets. But Mexico is doing one better by making 24-inch (internet capable) sets, available to a whopping 13 million low-income households. Of course, low income households in Mexico are very unlikely to be able to buy internet service. |
