No NY is not the oldest in the world or even the oldest in the US. This quote from the article "Mr. Minton noted that NYU researchers sampled three of the system’s 472 subway stations and four of almost 1,000 daily trains." That was a comprehensive study. Why is it worse to harass someone at their house than at other places? Isn't harassment wrong anywhere? At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent. |

That's not the grocery store's problem. Pursuant to free association and property rights, they can refuse service to whomever they wish, regardless of the consequences for that person. More than that, perhaps our hypothetical person should have considered the fact that it's the only grocery store for fifty miles before refusing to wear a mask as the grocery store wanted him/her to.
