This video blew up virally after it aired for the first time on SNL. It's a bit controversial, but I don't want to spoil it.

You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really?

Dick Cavett show 1969. 42 min in it's
Grace Slick and Jefferson Airplane
with Someone to Love. Really good
quality video. 50 years ago, does
good music ever really age?

That show was recorded so close to the end of the original Woodstock festival, that band members had mud on their clothes from it and people were still leaving the area. The conversations were so early on in the counterculture, it was actually kind of fascinating. So much to come, they had no idea.

I really liked Stephen Stills performance here

which is a bit before Joni Mitchel's acapella, and Jefferson Airplane Somebody to Love.

the original Woodstock festival,

Both Hendrix and Joplin
were there, and they died the
next year. I was 20 years old and
there was so much going on
it was hard to keep up.

I watched the whole thing again.
The quality is so amazing for
the 60's, it must have been filmed
and not taped. Unusual for that
type of formatted show.

"Great" is the proper word. Highly enjoyed.

Since we're on a music tip, I saw something that blew my freaking mind. I don't even think it's the age thing, it's more... like, if I told you someone could play guitar AND percussion, that'd be something. Not amazing, but pretty freaking cool. If I told you he could play percussion, bass guitar, AND rhythm guitar, maybe a little cooler. If I said he could do all three AT THE SAME TIME, you're reaching the level of viral like rxwine's I quoted.

But what if I told you he could play bass rhythm, AND percussion, himself, at the same time, but WITH ONLY ONE INSTRUMENT, with switch tuning mid-play? And it's NOT digital?

Blows my mind every time...

Be bold and risk defeat, or be cautious and encourage it.
