Figured I would reach across the aisle and wish a Happy May Day to any and all.

"The people's flag is deepest red,
It shrouded oft our martyred dead,
And ere their limbs grew stiff and cold,
Their hearts' blood dyed its ev'ry fold.

Then raise the scarlet standard high.
Within its shade we'll live and die,
Though cowards flinch and traitors sneer,
We'll keep the red flag flying here."

(tongue firmly in cheek)

Happy May Day.

This is the only May Day I knew of...

Be bold and risk defeat, or be cautious and encourage it.

Yeah, it's the same guy only one great St. Joseph who is worthy of celebrating March 19th as the Spouse of Mary and May 1st as the Worker.

I know him well.

If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

Good deal. I'll lobby the local bakeries to offer Zeppoles from early March through late May then since the Catholics are getting so much mileage out of him :-)
